Job Title: PACU Nurse Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Type: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends
Salary: Up to $130,000
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking PACU Nurse Manager for an exciting Travel or Local job in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the PACU department
• Oversee staffing assignments and maintain productivity targets
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Review and update departmental policies, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives
• Monitor operations and resolve operational issues proactively
• Support budget management and inventory control
• Promote staff development and continuing education
• Act as a change agent and role model for the department

Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BSN required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
• Minimum 2+ years of OR or Day Surgery experience required
• Previous nursing leadership/management experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required
