This team member role requires you to be of high school graduate status OR 18 years or older for labor law purposes, due to the nature of the role.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Timely completion of overnight tasks
• Proficient and excellent execution of overnight tasks
• Ability to be led, and self-led
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs on a regular basis
