What You'll Do: ? Lead group activities and one-on-one resident engagement
? Assist with special events, celebrations, and outings
? Encourage resident participation and socialization
? Help create a positive, vibrant atmosphere throughout the facility
? Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
We're Looking For: Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Dependable, caring, and compassionate individuals
Ability to work well with seniors and diverse groups of people
Experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or customer service is a plus, but not required
