Forklift Operator / Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our team at a busy steel service center. This is an entry-level role with strong potential for advancement into other positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
Transport and distribute materials and goods efficiently and safely
Perform essential warehouse tasks, including:

Unloading trucks
Receiving and inspecting parts
Material movement
Order fulfillment
Cycle counts
Investigating inventory discrepancies

Requirements:

Forklift experience required
Approximately 2 years of manufacturing experience in a shipping or forklift-related role
Strong math skills
Proficient in using a tape measure
Able to work night shifts and mandatory overtime as scheduled
