Reena Senior Living , a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Caregiver/HHH/CNA to join our growing team.

Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, WI, was recently voted “Best Assisted living in the Area” by the Jefferson County Daily Union for the 9th straight year.  We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services.  Reena provides a supportive environment allowing new employees to grow as they join our caring team.

Shifts Available: FT PMs, including rotating weekends

HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 wage based on experience.

CNA Wage: $17.00-$22.50 wage based on experience.

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
