Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential
• Experience planning and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Compassionate, student-centered mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt lessons for a variety of learning styles and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet students’ unique learning requirements
• Develop, review, and implement effective IEPs in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams
• Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and report on outcomes
• Provide support, guidance, and encouragement to students and their families
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Adapt to evolving caseloads and contribute proactively to the school’s special education team
