Are you a Project Manager or Junior/Assistant project manager with experience in modular or offsite construction, looking to step up into a Project Manager role with real responsibility and progression?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing modular construction business, where you will take ownership of projects while continuing to develop your skills within a supportive and experienced team. You'll be involved from early-stage coordination through to installation and completion, gaining full lifecycle project exposure.

The company has a strong pipeline of work and is continuing to expand, making this the ideal role for someone looking to accelerate their career within the modular/offsite sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, working on innovative modular projects while developing into a senior Project Manager.

The Role:
* Support and lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation
* Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting
* Travel to site weekly to support installation and project execution

The Person:
* Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant / Junior Project Manager within modular or offsite construction
* Understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and construction processes
* Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, AutoDesk, or similar
* Ambitious and looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager role
