Key Qualifications:

• Active California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential required (please submit a screenshot of your current CTC credential).
• Experience working with high school students, particularly in RSP or similar settings, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Dedication to fostering an equitable, supportive classroom climate for students with diverse learning needs.
• Outstanding communication skills to partner with colleagues, families, and support staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized academic instruction and interventions in accordance with student IEPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, assessments, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt curriculum and classroom strategies to support individual student growth.
• Engage students through differentiated instruction and innovative teaching methods.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations.
