Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in harmony with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Share knowledge with patients and their caregivers on effective therapy practices to encourage ongoing progress outside the clinical setting.
• Monitor Progress and Document Results: Track patient developments and fine-tune treatment plans as necessary to keep individuals aligned with their goals.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development supported by our organization

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Valid certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
