About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Claims Advocacy in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on client support services claims matters, with a focus on achieving appropriate resolutions for clients and enhancing service delivery in the region. This leadership role requires close collaboration with global and regional teams to meet strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims from a sizable insurance or reinsurance organization, with a deep understanding of market practices and on-the-ground experience in China. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, developing and maintaining client and market relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and staying abreast of industry trends.
