Must be able to work evenings (after school) and at least one weekend shift each week.

About Us:

We Rock the Spectrum is a sensory-friendly, inclusive play center providing a welcoming environment for children of all abilities. We offer Open Play, Field Trips, Private Events, and Birthday Parties.

Job Opportunity:

We're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as a "coach."

Requirements:

Age 16+
Availability to work evenings during the week (after school) and weekends (AM or PM shifts)
Ability to engage with children and families in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service.
CLEANING IS A HUGE PART OF THIS ROLE!
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
Wipe down play equipment, toys, and surfaces.
Restock supplies and manage trash/recycling.
Assist with play area supervision and maintenance.
Hosting and engaging with Birthday Parties.
With every party you work, there is a chance for tips!
Support sensory-friendly activities and events.
Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Salary is based on experience. Certain skills can increase your salary. These skills include: CPR & first aid training; speaking another language (Spanish, French, Sign Language).
