Job Description

As a Security Officer Front Desk Clearance Required in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized guests at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location, following site-specific procedures and access requirements.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials and identification as directed, maintain visitor records, and communicate entry requirements to support controlled access.
• Answer phones, receive and direct visitors, provide general site information, and promptly relay questions or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Observe front desk activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, or security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting designated personnel and emergency services when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
