Behavioral Health HR Manager

HR Manager Full-Time / $60,000 per year At ViaQuest, our Circle of Care model ensures the people we serve remain active participants in their own care through compassionate, innovative, and person-centered services. ViaQuest provides specialized support through Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services. Responsibilities Oversee all HR operations throughout assigned location(s). Lead HR training portion of new employee orientation and assist new employees with onboarding. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans per company policy. Provide support to operational teams throughout assigned location(s) to ensure all HR policies and procedures are being followed. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and labor laws. Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as requested. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Benefits Paid training.
