Location: Tremonton, UT 84337Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Work Setting: In-person, outpatient clinic Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), to provide primary care and preventive healthcare services in an outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will assess and diagnose patients, manage acute and chronic illnesses, prescribe medications, and provide patient education while collaborating with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals.
