Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's (Freehold, NJ) Hourly rate ranges from $17.92 – $18.17 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage. Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
