Store Maintenance Specialist

Store Maintenance SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Store Maintenance Specialist to support the day-to-day review and management of retail store maintenance tickets. This role will work closely with internal partners to prioritize maintenance requests, track escalations, analyze maintenance data, and help ensure timely resolution of field issues while maintaining quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze store maintenance tickets and support prioritization efforts.Follow up daily on field escalations and maintenance-related issues.Monitor maintenance records and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Support reporting, presentations, and data analysis related to store maintenance operations.Ensure maintenance requests are completed accurately and within expected timelines.Required SkillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsData analysis and reporting experiencePowerPoint presentation skillsExcellent organizational and follow-up abilitiesPreferred QualificationsRetail store operations experienceFacilities or maintenance coordination experienceExperience managing service tickets, work orders, or field escalationsThis is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and retail operations experience who enjoys problem-solving and driving operational excellence.
