Position Details

• PRN / As Needed

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Flexible PRN Scheduling

• Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs

What You’ll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Assist RNs and LPNs in meeting residents’ individual care needs

• Help maintain the safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being of residents

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as needed

• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Build positive and respectful relationships with residents and families

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines

• Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other members of the care team

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus

• New CNAs are welcome – we are willing to train!

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
