Our organization, situated in Pensacola, Florida, is actively looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to become part of our team! We are particularly interested in candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment alongside four physicians and three advanced practice providers . Our well-established Urology practice is integrated within a multispecialty network that includes fields such as Oncology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and more. With over 70 primary care providers in our medical group, we offer a strong referral network. Our new, state-of-the-art hospital features DaVinci robotics and dedicated operating room time.

Compensation Package Features:

• Base salary of $500,000 with a wRVU bonus structure (no cap on productivity)

• Incentives for quality and service

• 42 days of paid time off and a $5,000 allowance for continuing medical education

• Signing bonus, fellowship stipend, and student loan repayment options

• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and company-paid short-term disability

• Retirement plans available: 403(b) and 457(b)

• Malpractice insurance coverage ($1 Million/$3 Million) with tail coverage included
