Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily production and warehouse operations at a 24/7 manufacturing facility. The role will focus on safe, efficient, compliant operations, production planning, inventory management, team leadership, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production and warehouse operations. Develop production schedules and monitor production performance. Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities. Lead and develop supervisors, operators, and warehouse teams. Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, SOPs, and safety requirements . Monitor yield, throughput, labor efficiency, downtime, and inventory accuracy. Partner with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR. Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, process improvement, and root-cause analysis . Support audits, CAPAs, deviations, training, and documentation. Oversee production consumables and warehouse supplies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience. 6+ years of manufacturing experience. 3+ years of production or plant leadership experience. Experience in multi-shift or continuous manufacturing . Working knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, inventory control, scheduling, and continuous improvement . Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site with regular plant-floor presence. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, CDMO, food & beverage, dietary supplements, specialty chemicals, botanical extraction, or other regulated manufacturing. Experience with ERP/MRP, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and root-cause analysis . Experience with liquid processing, distillation, filtration, sanitary piping, or solvent-based manufacturing. Previous experience with warehouse, maintenance, inventory, sanitation, or quality functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
