What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted resource customers rely on for guidance, support, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. 
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person. 
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, payments, and coverage updates. 
• Explain insurance products, policy features, and claims processes in an easy-to-understand way. 
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the protection that fits their needs. 
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and discounts that benefit customers. 
• Resolve customer concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred. 
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required. 
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred. 
• Excellent communication and active listening skills. 
• Friendly, professional, and people-oriented. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. 
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology. 
• Team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
