Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, the representative will actively identify customer insurance needs, present appropriate coverage options, and close sales for personal and commercial lines. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing quotes, preparing policy applications, and assisting with renewals and coverage changes. The representative will also handle follow-up calls, maintain accurate customer records, and coordinate with underwriting and claims teams as needed. Building strong relationships through professional communication, consistent outreach, and excellent customer service is central to this role, along with meeting sales targets and adhering to regulatory and company standards. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed defined performance goals. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem solving, and clear, respectful communication. Foundational knowledge of Insurance products and coverage options across personal and commercial lines. Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices, including quoting, policy placement, and renewals. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in a clear, accessible manner. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, quoting platforms, and standard office software. Proven ability to work in a structured on-site environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
