Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Kansas City, KS
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This position is primarily remote but requires the candidate to reside within the Kansas City metro area for onsite availability as needed.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
- Experience with vendor management and compliance of incoming contractors and vendors
- Proficient in Workday or another ATS to check on candidate eligibility and troubleshoot access
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient email communication skills
- Experience in vendor management
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
Orientation: Orientation will be conducted on the main campus every Monday and Tuesday.
Additional Information:
- Nicotine-free facility
- Bi-weekly pay
- 8-hour unpaid orientation
- Client allows up to 2 cancellations per month with a minimum of 2-hour notice
