Registered Nurse - GI

Location:  Sacramento, California

Start Date:  06-23-2026

End Date:  09-22-2026

Contract Type:  Travel Contract

Shift Type:  Rotating shifts including weekends, with specific call requirements: Weeknight Call 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Weekend/Holiday shifts include two 24-hour call shifts and one 12-hour call shift per 30-day schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in GI Ambulatory Surgery
• Participate in call shifts and weekend coverage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize Cerner EMR system
• Perform various GI procedures

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in GI nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in team setting
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR system

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
