Industrial Maintenance Mechanic New Haven, CT $40-$45/hour | $100,000-$150,000+ annually with overtime We're hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for a well-established manufacturing facility in the New Haven area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and wants long-term stability with a company that values hard work and a positive attitude. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, production equipment, and automated systems Assist with robotics and welding equipment maintenance Operate forklifts, loaders, and other material handling equipment Keep equipment running safely and efficiently Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime Schedule First Shift

6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
