Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in Martinsburg, WV. As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets

• Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment

• Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts

• Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records

• Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues

• Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

• Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction

• Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments

• Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead

• Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles

• Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts

• Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Position Details:

• Plant Location: 942 Baker Road, Martinsburg WV

• Work Week & Shift: 2nd Shift Monday to Friday, 2p-10p

• Work Week & Shift: 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10p-6a

• Compensation Offered: $22.80 ph with some OT and shift differential

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of previous plant or warehouse experience

• 1 year experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts

• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Experience working independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements of Position:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$22.80 ph Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
