Key Responsibilities Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director. Maintain an average of 25 billable hours per week. Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings. Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver collaboration and training sessions (minimum 1 per client per month). Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and provided with integrity. Oversee programming implemented in center‑based and community settings. Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients. Update progress reports for assigned clients. Oversee ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments. Lead and supervise behavior technicians, including oversight of assigned RBT supervision hours. Keep up to date with current research and best practices. Model therapy and fill in as needed. Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community. Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments as needed. Take on assigned supervisees for BACB student supervision. Assist with interim care for potential clients as needed. Properly document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines. Basic & Essential Functions Lift and carry clients who are at least 30 pounds. Restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan. Assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods. Walk and run to chase clients while maintaining a three‑foot distance. Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods. Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing. Perform manual dexterity tasks for data collection on computers and electronic devices. Read and comprehend written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper. Transfer written data to electronic files or database systems. Maintain prolonged periods working on a computer while seated at a desk or on the floor. Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture. Administer medication to clients. Requirements BCBA or BCBA‑D Certification. Licensure in states of practice (where applicable). Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment. Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Detail oriented. Flexible and adaptable to meet team needs. Act with integrity and professionalism. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Knowledge of MacOS and comfortable operating in a primarily Mac OS environment. Proficiency with or ability to learn the organization’s technology platforms, including CentralReach and Tableau. Maintain required licensure to practice while employed.
