Job Description:

Intensive Behavioral Health is seeking an energetic and results-oriented  Outpatient Marketing Liaison to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing field marketing programs at Intensive Behavioral Health in several markets.

As this person will be positioned as a trusted marketing advisor, a track record of demonstrating superior strategic-thinking and strong communication skills are a must.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop strong relationships with key referral sources.
• Increase the number of referral sources within a facility such as with physician, social workers, and discharge planners.

• Educate patients, families, community and other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided within facility.

• Travel frequently within community, scheduling meetings and developing contacts/referral sources.

• Document referral sources within appropriate contact management system.

• Develop events and educational forums that demonstrate programs and provide an opportunity to identify potential referral sources.

• Create outreach initiatives that will regularly communicate facility mission with referral sources through phone, email, e-blast, written notes, events, networking, and other professional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, marketing/business
• At least 3 years of marketing or sales work experience, preferably within the healthcare field.

• Exhibited success in a marketing/sales role

• Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
