A Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you'll lead the marketing team by providing coaching, direction, and support to help employees grow and achieve shared goals. You'll oversee marketing initiatives, manage priorities, and ensure projects are executed effectively.

Your day may include partnering with internal teams to develop campaign strategies, collaborating with agency and vendor partners, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. You'll also help enhance processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and support the team's success.

This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys developing talent, managing complex projects, and using creativity and insights to drive results.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a marketing leader with experience developing strategies, managing initiatives, and guiding teams. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing or communications experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role .
• Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to comply with government regulations and requirements impacting the credit union industry.
