Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Entry-level position
• Previous sanitation, janitorial, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, workstations, and common areas
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Dispose of waste materials and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks as assigned
• Support production operations by maintaining cleanliness standards
• Complete cleaning activities within established timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Sanitation Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
