Your New Role As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the hub that keeps our field teams running efficiently and our customers taken care of. You’ll : Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction Serve as the backup dispatcher and help manage daily operations Keep technicians moving efficiently by managing the dispatch board Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and scheduling Coordinate parts ordering, inventory, and deliveries to support technicians Help organize warehouse operations and support logistics Assist technicians with material pricing and job quoting Answer inbound customer calls and online inquiries as needed Follow up with customers regarding HVAC replacement options and seasonal promotions Maintain reporting and tracking for operational and sales activities Partner with leadership to identify and solve operational challenges Work closely with customer service and field teams to ensure successful installations Help support both HVAC and plumbing operations by making sure technicians have everything they need to succeed What You Bring We're looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn. Previous HVAC or plumbing experience is not required if you bring the right attitude and willingness to grow.
