Gym & Community Coordinator

Location EveryBody Boot Camp Position Type Part‑Time Hybrid (15–20 hours per week) Pay $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience About Us We are a community‑focused fitness business dedicated to helping our members build strength, confidence, and meaningful connections. Position Overview We are seeking an organized, outgoing, and proactive Gym & Community Engagement Coordinator to help strengthen our community presence, build local partnerships, coordinate events, and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, planning, and creating meaningful connections while helping a growing business thrive. Responsibilities Research and identify local events, markets, expos, and networking opportunities. Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Develop partnership opportunities and collaborative events. Identify and coordinate guest speakers, workshops, and educational seminars. Plan and organize gym events, member appreciation events, workshops, and community gatherings. Coordinate event logistics and communication with partners and vendors. Assist with event promotion and follow‑up. Respond to prospective client inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner. Help create a welcoming and positive first impression for potential members. Organize and maintain internal systems and documents. Update member milestones, slideshows, and internal communications. Manage supply and restock lists. Schedule newsletters and email communications. Provide general administrative support as needed. Collect and organize photos, videos, testimonials, and content from events and gym activities for use by the marketing team. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable building relationships and networking within the community. Experience in customer service, event planning, administrative support, or community engagement preferred. Proficiency with email, Google Workspace, and basic office software. Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community‑building is a plus.
