Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months with possible extension or conversion Pay range: $26/hr - $32/hr Schedule: Mon – Fri Job Description We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Content Producer to support our social media team by creating engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will excel at filming, editing, and designing platform-native content, with a knack for bringing ideas to life in ways that resonate with audiences. Key Responsibilities Film and edit short-form videos (often on-camera) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. Design visually compelling graphics (static/motion) to support brand storytelling and campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to execute creative concepts aligned with brand direction. Ideate and pitch fresh content ideas rooted in social-first trends and platform best practices. Publish and manage day-to-day content across social channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and cultural moments to keep content relevant. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience creating social/digital content (video, graphics, etc.). Comfortable on camera and skilled at editing short-form video (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.). Proficient in graphic design tools like Figma; familiarity with motion graphics a plus. Strong copywriting skills and understanding of how text and visuals work together on social. Deep platform knowledge (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and awareness of trends/features. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual-first environment. Bonus: Experience with project management tools like AirTable.
