Revenue Cycle AR Specialist

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Revenue Cycle AR Specialist will manage assigned accounts receivable, resolve claim issues, and communicate with insurance payers while working remotely from the MST or PST time zones. Key responsibilities Manage assigned A/R through consistent follow-up using payer portals and CentralReach Claim Accelerator to drive timely claim resolution and payment Research and resolve claim status, denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies, including review of EOBs/ERAs Submit corrected claims and assist with payer audits, ensuring required documentation is completed timely Required qualifications 3+ years of healthcare medical billing and/or A/R experience required Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including claim submission and payment posting Experience researching claims and identifying root causes of billing and payment issues Associate degree and/or medical billing/coding certification such as AHIMA or AAPC preferred Experience with CentralReach and familiarity with ABA billing practices preferred
