What You'll Do

This is a consultative style appointment setting position.

Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)

Handle inbound inquiries

Ask discovery questions and build rapport

Educate prospects on services

Book same-day or next-day consultations

Overcome objections confidently and professionally

Maintain strong show rates

Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert

What We're Looking For

Outbound call center experience preferred

Comfortable in high-volume dialing

Strong communication skills

Persuasive but professional

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Evening (until 9 pm) & weekend availability required

Bilingual a plus!

Compensation

$20/hr base Bonus for every consultation that arrives Performance-based earning potential Stable base + upside opportunity
