If you have a background in sales or customer service and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and tools you need to become a successful Life Insurance professional. What You'll Do Educate individuals and families on life insurance and financial protection strategies. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and lead databases. Conduct insurance needs analyses and recommend personalized life insurance solutions. Assist clients with applications, underwriting requirements, policy reviews, and service requests. Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service before and after the sale. Identify cross-selling opportunities for home, auto, commercial insurance, mortgages, tax services, and real estate. Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions in our CRM. Collaborate with team members to create an energetic, positive, and results-driven work environment. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish . Active Connecticut Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one; wecan help guide qualified candidates through the licensing process). Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, financial services, or insurance is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally. Positive attitude with a passion for helping people achieve financial security.
