Junior Marketing Assistant

Exito Universal Inc. is hiring a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our Bakersfield, CA team. This is an entry-level, face-to-face sales and customer acquisition role for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating confidently, and developing practical commercial experience. You’ll represent established brands through direct, in-person sales campaigns, engaging customers, identifying their needs, presenting products and services, and helping drive new customer acquisition. The role is highly customer-facing and ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development. No previous sales experience is required — full training, coaching, and ongoing development are provided. Key Responsibilities Represent clients and brands professionally in face-to-face customer interactions. Engage directly with customers and create positive first impressions. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Deliver product and service presentations and demonstrations. Generate new customers through direct sales and customer acquisition activities. Confidently communicate product benefits and answer customer questions. Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales process. Work toward individual and team sales and customer acquisition targets. Attend regular coaching and development sessions. Maintain accurate customer and sales information. Support promotional and marketing campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and acquisition.
