Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 4 years of experience in Production Support Skills Experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux , Oracle and PL/SQL, Autosys, Application Management Experience, ITIL, Experience in Agile/Scrum, Basic of Banking • Good knowledge of ITIL processes• Should be able operate well under pressure in a growing environment • Analytical skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.QualificationsQualifications Basic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
