Infusion RN - Ketamine & Spravato (McKinney)

NeuroGlow is a physician‑led mental health clinic specializing in IV ketamine therapy, Spravato®, and advanced treatment options for patients with treatment‑resistant depression and complex mood disorders. We are looking for a compassionate, professional Registered Nurse to join our McKinney clinic team. This role is ideal for an RN who wants meaningful clinical work, focused patient care, flexible part‑time scheduling, and exposure to a rapidly growing area of interventional psychiatry. Position Summary The Registered Nurse will support patient care in a calm, structured, safety‑first outpatient environment. This role includes starting IVs, monitoring patients during treatment, assisting with Spravato® treatments within REMS guidelines, supporting the onsite Nurse Practitioner, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping create a safe, reassuring experience for patients. This is not a high-volume hospital environment. Our model is built around scheduled treatments, attentive monitoring, strong patient communication, and a premium care experience. Schedule Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM‑7:00 PM. There may be opportunities for additional shifts in the future as the clinic grows. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Starting IVs for ketamine infusion treatments Supporting and monitoring patients during IV ketamine treatments Assisting with Spravato® treatments within REMS guidelines Monitoring patient response before, during, and after treatment Taking and documenting vitals as clinically appropriate Maintaining a calm, supportive, and professional treatment environment Communicating patient status or concerns to the onsite Nurse Practitioner Collaborating with providers, care coordinators, therapists, and clinic staff Supporting safe patient flow throughout the treatment day Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Following clinic protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality requirements Helping ensure each patient receives a consistent, compassionate care experience What Makes This Role Different Focused patient care instead of high‑volume churn Calm, premium outpatient clinic environment Meaningful work with patients seeking advanced mental health care Exposure to interventional psychiatry and emerging treatment models Direct support from an onsite Nurse Practitioner Direct access to clinic leadership Part‑time W2 schedule with potential for future growth Reduced administrative burden compared to large healthcare systems Qualifications Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to monitor patients carefully and elevate concerns appropriately Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Interest in mental health, psychiatry, or innovative treatment models Comfortable working in a structured outpatient clinical setting Preferred Experience Psychiatric, mental health, PACU, ER, ICU, med‑surg, outpatient clinic, or procedural experience preferred Familiarity with Spravato® or REMS programs is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is clinically sharp, calm under pressure, compassionate, reliable, and highly professional.
