Design Build + Maintenance | Dallas, TX Build More Than Projects — Build a Portfolio At Southern Botanical, this isn’t a typical sales role. You won’t just sell projects—you’ll build and grow a portfolio of high-end residential clients , owning the full lifecycle from initial design through long-term estate care. We are looking for a proven business developer who can generate $2M+ in annual revenue while becoming the trusted advisor for luxury homeowners across Dallas. What You’ll Own Drive Revenue Deliver $2M+ annually across Design Build and Residential Maintenance Generate new business through self-sourced relationships and company opportunities Convert high-value prospects into long-term Southern Botanical clients Build Relationships That Last Develop relationships with high-net-worth homeowners, estate managers, and influencers Create referral partnerships with pool builders, architects, and luxury home professionals Position Southern Botanical as the go-to partner for complete property care Sell the Vision Lead consultations focused on lifestyle, aesthetics, and long-term property goals Present custom design solutions and recurring maintenance programs Educate clients on the value of irrigation, plant health, enhancements, and tree care Grow Every Account Transition Design Build clients into recurring maintenance relationships Identify opportunities for enhancements, upgrades, and specialty services Conduct proactive client reviews to expand and retain accounts over time Partner with Operations Work closely with production teams to deliver exceptional results Ensure a seamless client experience from proposal through execution Uphold The Green Standard in every interaction What Sets This Role Apart Most sales roles stop at the install. This one doesn’t.
