Oncology MA - 8H Days - 2Yrs - 1st Timers OK Shift Details: 5x8H days 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday *Float Required Required Certifications: BLS MA Certificate, Licensed Years of Experience: 2 Years (Oncology Experience Preferred) **MA Experience required, Oncology experience Unit Accepts First Time Travelers Patient Age Groups: Adults Geriatrics Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Documentation System: EPIC Communication System: EPIC, Teams Patient Diagnoses: Hematology and Oncology Required Skills: Adult Outpatient Clinic 12 Lead ECG Hearing screening Height/Weight Pulse Oximetry Vital Signs - Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse Positioning/Draping Record History/Medications/Allergies Dressing Change Set up aseptic / sterile procedure trays Authorization Forms Chart Preparation Insurance Verification Ordering supplies Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests Scheduling patient appointments Stocking Supplies Telephone Triage Follow up phone calls Rooming Patients Review Lab Tests Suture Removal Wound care Scrubs: Teal
