Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Job Type: Full-Time (Mon - Fri) Location: San Jose, CA Work Setting: School SettingResponsibilities:Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plansSupport students with autism and complex behavioral or developmental needsCollaborate with teachers, psychologists, therapists, and support staffProvide staff coaching, mentorship, and behavioral trainingMonitor student progress and adjust interventions as neededSupport nonverbal or minimally verbal students using AAC devices and communication systemsParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and educational planningEnsure ethical and evidence-based behavioral practices are maintainedMaintain accurate documentation and progress reportingQualifications:Active BCBA certification requiredMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience requiredExperience working with individuals with autism and complex support needsExperience in school-based, special education, therapeutic educational, or nonpublic school settings requiredStrong leadership, collaboration, and staff coaching abilitiesExperience training and mentoring staff preferredAdult services experience highly valuedBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision insuranceLife & AD&D insuranceRetirement benefits - 401k
