The VP will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to deliver trusted, enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions. A deep understanding of threat landscapes, data security, compliance requirements, and enterprise buyer needs is essential, as is a proven track record in launching and scaling security products. Candidates for this role should have at least 12 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in global leadership within cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains. The role requires a leader who can anticipate market shifts, align product investments with company strategy, and champion the voice of the customer. Cross-functional leadership is key, as the VP will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure go-to-market excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, and executive stakeholder management skills, and a background that includes growing and managing distributed teams. A strong culture of accountability and innovation, as well as the ability to foster collaboration across global teams, is also a must.
