Cnc Router Operator
We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Router Operator to join our growing team at a high-end fencing company. This position is responsible for operating CNC routing equipment to produce precision fence components while assisting with various manufacturing and shop-related tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have CNC machine experience, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where quality and craftsmanship are top priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines used in vinyl fence production
- Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and production specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and upkeep
- Support production, assembly, and warehouse operations when needed
- Use measuring tools and maintain accurate production records
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC Router Operator or CNC Machine Operator experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read tape measures and work with precise measurements
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, woodworking, plastics, or similar industries is a plus
- Comfortable working with power tools and production equipment
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team player willing to assist in multiple areas of the operation
