Schedule 3 × 12 hr shifts per week with a total of 36 hours. Weekend and holiday shifts are required every other week. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU to join our dedicated team. The RN will be responsible for providing critical care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and support. Responsibilities Manage comprehensive care for patients post-Open Heart surgery. Provide care for patients utilizing advanced cardiac devices such as Impella and IABP. Monitor post-operative conditions for patients following craniotomy and laminectomy procedures. Administer and monitor patients on EVD/ICP, lumbar drain, and CRRT therapy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license and BLS certification required. Experience in an ICU setting with competencies in the use of Impella, IABP, and CRRT. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations. Must comply with Flu and COVID-19 vaccine requirements, with medical or religious declinations accepted.
