Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $38.54 - $64.50

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients with varying impairments in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Assist patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life
• Collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Use manual techniques, vestibular rehab, or pelvic floor therapy when applicable
• Engage with patients to motivate and educate them throughout their recovery

What You Need

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license
• CPR certification
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
