Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Location Stevens Point, WI | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Medical-Surgical unit covering orthopedic, general, urology, and ENT case types Maintain patient ratios of 1:4–5 during day/PM shifts and 1:6–7 during night shifts Float to like units as needed; must be willing to float to comparable Medical-Surgical settings at nearby facilities Participate in on-call rotation; minimum call-back commitment of 2 hours when called back to the facility Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR Required Qualifications

Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license AHA or ARC BLS certification required

(facility does not accept other BLS providers) ADN or BSN degree in Nursing Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical and Orthopedic nursing experience At least 1 completed travel assignment required Proficiency in Epic EMR required Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience caring for urology and ENT patient populations Familiarity with multi-level care environments including ICU, Step-Down, and Med-Surg settings Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and manage fluctuating census demands Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Why Join Us
