Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Cerritos, CA 90703
Salary: $28 - $34/hour DOE

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, facility systems, and automated manufacturing processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and automated machinery using CMMS and TPM practices
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, servo-driven, and CNC-controlled equipment to maximize uptime
• Install, modify, and maintain electrical systems and manufacturing equipment while adhering to LOTO, Arc Flash, Hot Work, and PPE safety standards
• Execute work orders, support equipment upgrades and installations, and collaborate with vendors and technical teams to resolve maintenance issues
• Support plant safety, emergency systems, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts while partnering with Production, Maintenance, and EHS teams

What You Need for This Position

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of electrical circuits, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment
• Experience with hand and power tools; tool repair experience and exposure to Lean Manufacturing practices preferred
