This opportunity is ideal for an architectural professional with 5-15 years of experience who enjoys balancing project management, technical leadership, client interaction, and team coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through construction while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Position Responsibilities Manage projects through all phases of design and construction Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Lead project teams and coordinate efforts between architects, designers, consultants, and contractors Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Oversee design development and production of construction documents Conduct quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of project deliverables Coordinate construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations Participate in project pursuits, proposals, presentations, and client development efforts Mentor and support junior staff and emerging professionals Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program 5-15 years of architectural experience preferred Architectural licensure preferred Candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading project teams Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and project delivery processes Experience developing and maintaining client relationships Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in Revit preferred Desired Project Experience Experience in one or more of the following sectors is highly desirable:HospitalitySenior LivingCommercialMulti-Family ResidentialHealthcareIndustrialMixed-Use Developments Why Consider This Opportunity?
