Prepare GL account reconciliations. Prepare journal entries. Prepare bank reconciliations. Prepaids and accruals. Prepare and reconcile business filings. Expense allocation. Analyze business data. Assist with monthly close processes. Monitor processes, ensuring all established company policies are adhered to. Assist with other projects as needed. Assist Controller as needed. Attend company meetings as required. Communicate and cooperate with all departments. Conduct all employee, customer and vendor communication in a professional and courteous manner. Display an earnest desire to perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. Eagerly participate in company sponsored training events. Complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame. Display an aptitude to learn and grow. Promote an atmosphere of cooperation, teamwork, and goodwill. Display utmost integrity at all times. Required Skills For Staff Accountant Degree in Accounting Proficient in Excel advanced formulas 3+ years’ experience as an accountant.
