Job Description:

Provide nursing care in the Telemetry unit, monitoring patients' vital signs and managing acute care responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform neurovascular checks on limbs and frequent ambulation/repositioning.
• Ensure compliance with orthopedic precautions and implement comprehensive pain control strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry RN experience.
• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Preferred: NIH Certification, Trauma/ortho experience, Neuro/stroke experience.
